Body and Mind – Indian Spirit is a herbal blend for making tea. The blend consists of raspberry leaves, red clover, rose petals, peppermint and marigold, and has a spicy and floral aroma.

Ingredients

Raspberry leaves, red clover, rose petals, peppermint and marigold.

Directions

Pour approximately 150 ml of hot water over 1 heaped tablespoon of the herbal blend. Leave the tea to infuse for at least 10 minutes. For a stronger flavour, use 2 tablespoons if desired.

Storage advice

Store in a cool, dry, dark place and keep out of reach of children.
