How will my package be delivered
All of our orders we send with DHL, DPD, GLS prefer a different means of transportation ? send your question to firstname.lastname@example.org
Packaging / Shipment
Depending on the weight and size of the products your order will be shipped discreetly in an envelope or package. On the outside of your parcel, only your name, address and a return address is listed. We will send the items in plain envelopes and packages.
Packages within the Netherlands will be deliver within 1-2 business days if in stock. No delivery costs will be charged with orders from €50 and up to an address in the Netherlands. Our packages can be followed with a track-and-trace or an online code. For Belgium, Germany, France and the united Kingdom the delivery time is 3 to 5 working days. Greece 8 to 10 working days, Cyprus 11 to 13 working days and for the other countries in Europe it's the 4-8 working days delivery time. We do not ship products outside Europe. Your order will be sent to you only when we have received your payment.
What happens to my package if I am not home.
When you're not at home the postman will put a note in your letterbox. With this note you can to your local post office to pick-up the parcel. The packet normally continues to stay 1 to 2 weeks at the post office. So please pick it up on time. Please collect it on time. fresh products that we have sent and are not picked up at the post office or parcel shop and that are returned are not reimbursed or replaced.
Can I get my package tracking online?
If you order is sent as a packet , you can track it from about 12 hours after we have shipped it.
We will only ship to the countries listed below. Some products may be illegal in your country.24High cannot provide trustworthy information about the status, legal or illegal, of the product sold in other countries. The buyer of the product must inform himself whether import of the ordered product is legal and bears responsibility for complying with local laws and customs rules. The buyer of the product need to inform themselves if the import of the ordered product legal in his/her country. The buyer bear all responsibility for compliance with the local laws and customs rules. 24High cannot be held responsible for orders that are sent on behalf of buyer, if it appears that the product is illegal in the country to which the order has been sent. 24High is not responsible for any seizure and/or destruction of products by customs or other authorities in the country to which your order is delivered or in countries that are passed during their shipment.
The responsibility lies with the buyer as soon as the order was placed.
Below is a short explanation of how you can place your order at 24high. Put the desired products into your shopping cart and click “Checkout”. Please note: The minimum order is €15,-. Now you arrive at the detail page. If you have a login on the website, you can fill it in and proceed if you dont have an account(login) you can proceed the proces and continue as guest. Fill in your details and the possibly obtained discount code. Check the order and choose a payment method. After placing the order, you will continue in the environment; depending on the chosen method of payment. After completing the payment you will receive an e-mail with all the details of your order. We will notify you by mail about your order.

Please note that it may take 1-4 business days before we receive the payment. In a transfer from outside the European Union, it is possible that the bank has an additional charge. Always make sure that you pay the total cost of the bank transfer. As soon as the payment is received, and all products are in stock, your order will be sent not later than the next business.
COMPENSATION OF THE GROW KIT
Mushroom grow kits are prone to infections and bacteria. The manufacturers of the grow kits indicate that if a grow kit does not show any magic mushrooms 1 month after setting it up, it can no longer be saved. It is important to set up the grow kit within 4 weeks of arrival and to report this to us within this period if the grow kit is not functioning properly.
If the grow kit does not work, it can qualify for the warranty from the manufacturer and we can initiate the reimbursement process. This can easily be done, by sending an email with a photo of the set-up / grow kit to our customer service info@24High.nl together with a clear explanation of what you have done up to the day of the complaint.
After receiving your email, we will start the reimbursement process, and you will receive a clear answer from us with any instructions that you can use to save the grow kit. If it turns out that after our tips and tricks the grow kit can no longer be saved, we will reimburse the grow kit with a voucher that can be spent on the website 24High.
Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse a grow kit if:
We have not been contacted (email@example.com) with a complaint about the grow kit, within 4 weeks of receipt.
Orders that have not been paid , you don't have to cancel. Do you want to cancel an order that you already have paid, take it as soon as possible contact customer service email: firstname.lastname@example.org. The cancellation of an order is, as long as this has not yet been sent free of charge.
We always do our best to ensure that the quality of our products are kept preserved by packing in a safe and a protected way for transport. Nevertheless, should it happen that a package is broken or damaged, please send within 7 days an e-mail to the customer service email@example.com. Please include a clear picture that shows the damage.
3: Cooling-off period
If you are not satisfied with one or more of our products than you can, without giving any reason, return it to us. That can be up to 14 days after receipt of your order. If you want to return your products during the cooling-off period, please contact us immediately by email: Retour@24high.nl. Only returns with a completely and carefully filled in 24high return form and address can be taken into consideration.
If the product which you will receive during the period of the guarantee is found to be defective due to a cause beyond your own fault, then you can return the product to us. We will then attempt to repair it for you, or if that is not possible, replace or offer it to the vendor/factory.
We will not refund your money if the product/products are within the valid warranty policy.
