The PSILO QTest is performed in four simple steps:

• Preparation: Crush the dried mushroom material and mix well. Then weigh 150 mg of starting material.
• Extraction: Add weighed starting material to the extraction solution provided.
• Detection: collect extraction solution and add it to the detection solution.
• Evaluation: allow the colour complex to develop and evaluate with the evaluation scale.
