Use

For one treatment for 2 consecutive days, take 5 softgels per day with 2 or 3 glasses of water. Do not take more than 5 softgels within 24 hours. Do not exceed this daily dose. Drink at least 10 glasses of water daily to hydrate the body during this treatment.
