Relax Mix – Indian Elements

Relax Mix – Indian Elements is a herbal blend from Indian Elements containing three aromatic herbs: sweet woodruff (Asperula odorata), catnip (Nepeta cataria) and passion flower (Passiflora incarnata).

Sweet Woodruff (Asperula odorata)

Also known as sweet woodruff. A low-growing woodland plant with star-shaped whorls of leaves and small white flowers. When dried, it takes on a sweet scent of hay and vanilla.

Catnip (Nepeta cataria)

Also known as catmint. This plant from the mint family is best known for the strong reaction it elicits in cats. The essential oils are found in the leaves and flowers.

Passion flower (Passiflora incarnata)

A climbing plant with striking purple-white flowers, native to the south-east of the United States.

Ingredients

• Asperula odorata
• Nepeta cataria
• Passiflora incarnata

Directions

You can use the Relax Mix to make tea. Do not take more than 1 gram per day. To make tea, pour a cup of boiling water over 1 teaspoon (approximately 1 gram) of Relax Mix. Leave to infuse for 10–15 minutes, strain out the herbs and drink the tea, preferably on an empty stomach. The blend has a naturally bitter taste; adding a little honey will make the tea milder.

Storage advice

Store this product in a cool, dark place, such as a kitchen cupboard, and out of the reach of children.
