Chaga (Inonotus obliquus) extract – 120 capsules from McMyco contain an extract of chaga, a fungus with the scientific name Inonotus obliquus. In Dutch, this mushroom is also known as the birch polypore. Each capsule contains 400 mg of full-spectrum chaga extract.

What is chaga?

Chaga is the common name for the fungus Inonotus obliquus. It grows on birch trees in cold regions such as Russia, Scandinavia and Canada. The outer surface is black and cracked, almost like burnt wood. The inside is orange-brown. In Russia and Northern Europe, chaga has been used traditionally for centuries, for example as a tea.

How the extract is made

This is a full-spectrum extract, obtained through extraction with water and ethanol. According to the product specification, the extract contains 30% polysaccharides and beta-glucans.

Directions

Take 1 capsule up to twice a day with water, with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
