Usage

You can eat the cacao nibs straight away or incorporate them into various dishes such as yoghurt, smoothies, porridge or baking recipes. They add a rich cacao flavour and a lovely crunch to your meals.

For ceremonial use, you can lightly roast the nibs (optional) and then grind them into a powder. Mix this with warm (not boiling) water or plant-based milk and stir well. Add natural flavourings such as cinnamon, vanilla or a sweetener to taste.

Recommended amount for ceremonial preparation:
Light dose: approximately 20 grams
Medium dosage: 20 to 40 grams
Stronger dose: 40 grams and above
