Ginseng powder - Panax Ginseng

Panax ginseng is a plant that grows naturally in East Asia and has been used for centuries in various traditional herbal practices. In Korea in particular, ginseng has a long history, and the root is used both in food products and in traditional remedies.

Ginseng naturally contains various bioactive compounds, including ginsenosides. These compounds are the subject of scientific research due to their potential biological properties. At present, however, there is insufficient scientific evidence to establish any health benefits or medical effects of ginseng in humans. This product is not intended to prevent, treat or cure any diseases.

Use

Dissolve one teaspoon of powder in fruit juice, tea, hot chocolate or another drink.

To make ginseng tea:

• Bring approximately 3 grams of powder to the boil in water.

• Leave to simmer gently for 5 to 10 minutes.

• Strain the drink if desired.

Do not exceed 6 grams per day, unless otherwise advised by a healthcare professional.

• Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

• Store the product in a cool, dry and dark place.

• Keep out of reach of young children.
