Mushroom Lollypops – 4-pack by Dr. Candy are vegan, sugar-free lollipops shaped like mushrooms. According to Dr. Candy, each lollipop contains 250 mg of lion’s mane extract. The lollipops come in cola, strawberry, kiwi and blueberry flavours.

What is lion’s mane?

Lion’s mane (Hericium erinaceus) is known in Dutch as ‘pruikzwam’. The mushroom occurs naturally in North America, Europe and Asia and grows on dead or damaged deciduous wood; in the Netherlands, it is usually found on beech trees and sometimes on oak trees. The fruiting body consists of densely packed, hanging white spines 1 to 5 cm long, which resemble a wig. In Japan, the mushroom is called yamabushitake.

Directions for use
