Use

Maeng Da Kratom can be dissolved in water, you can make tea, chew or smoke it. For best results, it is wise to take Kratom on an empty stomach.

Dissolve in water:
Kratom has a slightly bitter taste and does not dissolve easily in water. If you plan to take Kratom with water, it is best to take a sip of water first and hold it in your mouth. Put half the dose on a spoon, take it and rinse immediately with another drink of water.
