Use

Thai Kratom can be dissolved in water, you can make tea with it, and you can chewing or smoking. For best results, it is wise to take Kratom on an empty stomach.

Dissolve in water:
Kratom tastes slightly bitter and does not really dissolve easily in water. If you plan on taking Kratom with water, it is best to take a sip of water first and hold it in your mouth. Put half the dose on a spoon, take it and rinse immediately with another drink of water.

• 2 grams: light effect
• 4 grams : mild effect
• 6 grams: strong effect
• 8 grams: very strong effect

Making tea:
Add the desired amount of Kratom to boiling water and let it simmer for 10-15 minutes at boiling point. Place a sieve on a cup and pour the Kratom tea directly from the pan. The residue in the sieve can be thrown away.

• 15+ grams: very strong effect
