Use

Maeng Da Kratom Red can be dissolved in water, you can make tea, and you can chew it or smoke. For best results it is wise to take Kratom on an empty stomach.

Dissolve in water:
Kratom tastes slightly bitter and does not really dissolve easily in water. If you plan to take Kratom with water, it is best to take a drink of water first and hold it in your mouth. Put half the dose on a spoon, take it and rinse immediately with another drink of water.

Making tea:
