Kanna 5 Gram

Kanna 5 grams is kanna powder from Mystic Herbs, made from kanna (Sceletium tortuosum), a succulent plant native to South Africa.

What is kanna?

The kanna plant is native to the Cape Provinces of South Africa. The San and the Khoikhoi have traditionally used kanna. The oldest known written account of the use of kanna dates from 1662 and is by Jan van Riebeeck.

Ingredients

• Kanna (Sceletium tortuosum)

Usage

Place a pinch (approximately 25 mg) of kanna powder under the tongue. Alternatively, add 1 to 3 grams to a cup of tea and leave to infuse for 10 minutes. Add a little honey if desired.

Storage advice

Store this product in a cool, dark place, such as a kitchen cupboard, and out of the reach of children.
