Features

This grow bag is made of heat-resistant polypropylene and can be safely sterilised in an autoclave. The bag features a Type B filter with a pore size of 5.0 microns, which ensures excellent gas exchange. This promotes rapid growth of your mycelium, although it offers slightly less protection against suspended infections than, say, a Type A filter.

Ingredients and/or composition

The bag consists of sturdy polypropylene and contains an integrated Type B filter with 5.0 micron pore size. Supplied without substrate or spores.

Use

Fill the bag with your favourite substrate, sterilise if necessary, and allow to cool. Then add your spores or liquid mycelium and seal the bag tightly. Put the bag away in a suitable place to start colonisation. Thanks to the filter, gas exchange is smooth while infections are largely stopped.
