Pure Life Tea – Shamanita

Ingredients

Sencha green tea (China), Mao Feng white tea (China), Pai Mu Tan white tea (China), orange peel, stevia leaves, mango, passion fruit, marigold, hibiscus, lemongrass.

Preparation

1. Bring 1.5 litres of water to the boil in a kettle or saucepan. As soon as the water starts to boil, remove it from the heat and leave it to cool for a few minutes until it reaches approximately 80 degrees Celsius. This is the correct temperature for Shamanita tea.
2. Place the Shamanita tea bag in the jug or pot. If desired, add the bag containing your chosen ingredient.
3. Carefully pour the hot water over the Shamanita tea bag in the jug or pot.
4. Leave the tea to infuse for about 7 minutes. The exact infusion time may vary depending on your personal preference, but do not leave it to infuse for too long to prevent the tea from becoming too strong. Have you added your own ingredient? If so, don’t forget to remove the tea bag in good time.
5. Remove the Shamanita tea bag from the jug or pot and throw it away.
6. Serve the Shamanita tea hot in cups or glasses.
