Usage

Thai White Kratom can be dissolved in water, you can make a tea, chew or smoke it. For best results, it is wise to take Kratom on an empty stomach.

Dissolve in water:
Kratom has a slightly bitter taste and does not dissolve easily in water. It is best if you plan to take Kratom with water, take a sip of water first and hold it in your mouth. Put half the dose on a spoon, take it and rinse immediately with another sip of water.

Making tea:
Add the desired amount of Kratom to boiling water and simmer gently for 10-15 minutes at boiling point. Place a sieve on a cup and pour the Kratom tea directly from the pan. The residue in the sieve can be thrown away.
