Thermomat

Ultra-thin infrared heating mat, for safe and even heat distribution. Heats grow kit or substrate, maintaining activity in the nutrient medium during the cold months. Improves climate and increases yield.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Avoid direct contact between the surface heat mat and your grow kit. Use a double-folded towel and place it between the grow kit and the heat mat. Place the plastic bag filled with the growkit on the towel or trivet. Turn the heat mat on and after two days turn the heat mat off again and wait for the pinheads of mushroom to show, which normally takes between five and 10 days. Then put the heat mat back on and open the top of the bag slightly to allow the moisture to evaporate.

To raise the grow kit slightly from the thermomat, you can use one of these simple solutions:

• Towel or tea towel: fold it in half and place it on the thermomat, place the growkit in the bag on top.

• Coasters (e.g. cork or wood): place the growkit on these, so that there is always a buffer between the mat and the kit.

Important: the growkit should remain stable and straight, and there should be no direct contact with the heat of the mat.
