Also known as 'potency wood', Muira Puama Indian Elements is traditionally used for its special properties. This powerful plant from the Amazon region grows into a small tree about 4 metres tall. Especially the bark and roots of Muira Puama (Ptychopetalum Olacoides) are harvested and ground into powder. Perfect for making a hearty herbal tea.

Ingredients and composition

• 100% Muira Puama (Ptychopetalum Olacoides) powder

Usage

Boil 1 to 2 tablespoons of Muira Puama powder in half a litre of water for about 15 minutes. Strain the tea before use and drink slowly. Tip: You can also combine the powder with Damiana for a more intense herbal blend.
