Shilajit Resin (Shilafit) – 30 grams is purified shilajit resin from the Himalayas. Shilajit is also known as mumijo or mumie. According to the manufacturer, the resin contains no additives or fillers.

What is shilajit?

Shilajit is a thick, sticky substance that forms in mountainous regions through the slow decomposition of plant matter. The resin is very dark brown to black in colour and is found in the Himalayas, the Altai and the Caucasus, amongst other places. The Sanskrit name ‘shilajatu’ literally means something like ‘mountain or rock resin’. Shilajit naturally contains, amongst other things, fulvic acid, humic acid and various minerals.

Directions

Take 0.5 grams of shilajit using the measuring spoon provided. Dissolve it in a cup of warm water and drink it as a tea. Take it once a day, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach. Do you have a sensitive stomach? If so, take it with a meal.
