Use

There are several ways to consume kratom. Traditionally, the kratom leaves were often chewed or ground and eaten, usually with a cup of warm water, tea, or coffee. The kratom powder can also be used in a milkshake, honey can also be added to enhance the taste. Recommended dosage, 1 to 4 grams. Effects can be felt within 30 to 60 minutes and last for several hours. The effects at a low dose are stimulating and euphoric, at a higher dose more sedative.
