What are Double Vision Truffles?

Double Vision consists of a carefully composed mix of Psilocybe nirwana (Valhalla) and Psilocybe utopia. Both varieties have a strong and distinctive character, and in this blend they reinforce each other in a direct and intense way. The result is a truffle combination that many experienced users describe as profound, visually powerful and mentally layered.

Why do experienced users choose Double Vision?

Experienced users often report that Double Vision can evoke a pronounced visual and sensory experience. Closed-eye visuals, enhanced color perception and more intense patterns are frequently mentioned. The combination of Nirwana (Valhalla) and Utopia creates an experience that can feel both mentally deepening and visually intense. How this is experienced varies from person to person and strongly depends on factors such as dosage, set & setting and previous experience with psilocybe truffles.

During a strongly visual experience, colours, patterns, depth, thoughts and the perception of time can temporarily be experienced very differently. How pronounced these changes are remains personal and is influenced by factors such as set, setting and dosage. Read more about what to expect during a psychedelic experience.

How do you use Double Vision?

Double Vision is intended for users who approach strong truffles consciously and prepare their experience carefully. A calm environment and attention to set & setting play an important role.

• One package contains 25 grams, often considered one complete session
• Preferably use on an empty stomach
• Ensure a calm and familiar environment
• Do not combine with alcohol or other substances

What is a dose?

With strong psilocybe truffles such as Double Vision, dosage plays an important role. What is experienced as appropriate differs per person and depends on factors such as experience, sensitivity, body weight and the setting.

Many experienced users consider 25 grams to be a full dose for one intensive session. Those who prefer to build up gradually can start with approximately 15 grams and, after about 45 minutes, optionally take an additional 5 to 10 grams.

Using more does not automatically lead to a better experience. A conscious dosage, combined with good preparation and attention to set & setting, often contributes more to a valuable session than the quantity alone.

With a powerful blend such as Double Vision, it is wise not to judge intensity solely by the number of grams. Personal sensitivity and previous experience can make a significant difference, which is why a cautious, gradual approach remains important.
