Use

Spray 1 to 2 times under the tongue and hold the liquid for 20 to 30 seconds for optimal absorption. Do not swallow directly. Use the spray when tired or when you need extra focus and energy. Always start with 1 spray to test your personal sensitivity.

Note: do not use more than 3 sprays per 24 hours.
