E phedra Sinica - 20 zaden

Ephedra sinica is the well-known ingredient of countless natural energizers (eg: stackers). This substance ephedrine was banned in the Netherlands in 2004. It is still legal to grow this plant at home. Ephedrine is an energy booster that increases heart rate and blood pressure, causing fat burning. The effects of Ephedra are comparable to those of caffeine, but many times stronger. This gymnosperm belongs to an ancient plant group. The Ephedra Sinica is a small shrub with green upright small branches and small flowers.

Use

To make tea, you pick the green fresh branches. Use 5 grams per cup, and let it boil for 10 minutes. Strain the tea and drink it when it has cooled down. Honey can be added to the tea to enhance the flavor.

Growing information

The Ephedra plant is easy to grow. Plant the seeds outdoors in the summer and indoors otherwise. The ambient temperature for germination is about 20 degrees. The plant grows best in a warm and dry climate with a lot of sun. We therefore recommend planting these seeds at home in a nice pot and not outside.

Store this product in a cool and dark place such as a kitchen cupboard and reach of children.
